Ministries
BIBLE STUDY — A key program for Christian education. The truths of God, His Son Jesus Christ, our Savior, are shared by dedicated teachers. Sunday School and Discipleship Training is designed to help members mature in their Christian growth and development. All ages can enjoy the good news that Jesus is Lord.
WORSHIP — The utmost of importance to our church family. Through praise, prayer, music, preaching of the Word, baptism and the Lord’s Supper, our hearts are bound together as one. Worship services are held each Sunday morning.
MUSIC — An opportunity for growth. Our music ministry seeks to glorify God and magnify the message of salvation. This ministry meets spiritual needs, provides Christian education, and supports and enhances the preaching of God’s Word.
DISCIPLESHIP TRAINING — Mandated by Christ in the Great Commission. It is a growth process that begins after conversion and continues throughout the believer’s life. The goal is to become more Christlike in thoughts and actions.
CHILDREN’S MINISTRY — Our children’s ministry focuses on training our children in the will and ways of the Lord because they are truly precious in His sight.
YOUTH MINISTRY — A vital element in the life of our church. Our goal is to help youth develop the Mind of Christ through in-depth Bible studies relating to those special needs of young people and encourage them to develop meaningful Christian friendships.
WOMEN’S MINISTRY — Our women’s ministry focuses on the needs and nuances of life as Christian woman. Strong, faith-building relationships result as the women share their hearts and their lives.
MEN’S MINISTRY — The men’s ministry targets character building in the individual based on the firm foundation of Biblical principles. Establishment and maintenance of the male role in the family and the community result as the men bond together for support.
MARRIAGE MINISTRY — Strengthening of marital ties through sound Biblical foundations, sound Biblical doctrine, and fellowship is the focus of this ministry.
MISSION MINISTRY — Through education, action, and giving, our missions ministry allows members to be involved in helping others in our city, in our country, and around the world.
OUTREACH — Evangelism is at the core of our ministry as a church. Reaching out to others with the love of Christ is what Jesus commissioned us to do. In obedience, we commit to share His Word with the lost and those who have strayed that they may know Jesus as a personal friend and Savior.
PRAYER MINISTRY — The heartbeat of our fellowship is prayer. We seek God’s blessings and leadership in all we endeavor, realizing that without Him we fall short. Prayer is the ministry that binds us to our Heavenly Father and keeps us attentive to His ways.
